We are a privately funded law firm and do not offer legal aid.

However, we do offer very competitive rates, including fixed fee no-fault divorce (£600 + VAT for Petitioners/Applicants and £400 + VAT for Respondents. Please note that this fee does not include the court issue fee of £593 or advice and assistance concerning any connected matrimonial finances or children matters which we can provide a quote for separately).

And we strive to be clear and transparent in our pricing from the outset of a client’s case.
