The decision followed the submission of detailed written representations addressing the evidential and legal basis for any proposed application. The representations challenged the grounds to apply for the AFO, highlighting key weaknesses in the underlying case. After careful consideration, officers confirmed that no application for an Account Freezing Order would be made and their client was allowed access to their funds.
