The client was found not guilty by a unanimous jury after only 27 minutes in deliberations, following a 4 day trial whereby submissions within the defence case highlighted the multiple inconsistencies within the complainants accounts along with photographic material presented to the jury in evidence, to highlight the dates and logistics of the allegations could not have been possible.
