Neal Gozzett (Senior Partner at Monan Gozzett) has obtained a no further action for his client, falsely accused by a family member of a historic sexual allegation.
After an in depth investigation by Neal and the Monan Gozzett team, we were able to produce a dossier of evidence to the OIC after interview, diminishing the credibility of the allegation and attacking the veracity.
The matter was swiftly halted after being reviewed by the Inspector preventing any further distress for his client and family members.
