Maria Monan and Joanne Coller secured a No Further Action decision for a foster carer in a false allegation matter.
The investigation, which extended over a significant time period had originally been fully investigated and closed by the police however, the Complainant then proceeded to make further allegations which led to the reopening of the file, and considerable stress for our client and his family.
