For the second year, we are delighted to be hosting the Monan Gozzett Villages T10 Cricket Day. The first event, held on the 2nd June last year was a great success.
This year, we are delighted to once again be able to host the event at the picturesque Arundel Castle Cricket Ground, a ground that regularly features on lists of the most picturesque grounds to visit. The Club also welcome International touring teams, as well as regular matches involving the MCC, as well as being a venue used by Sussex for T20 matches.
This years event will take place on Sunday 7th May, the day after the Coronation of King Charles III. Gates will open from 9am and the first match will begin at 10.30am, subject to any delays.
Again, tickets for the event are FREE, but we do recommend securing your tickets for the event - you don't have to pay, but we do ask that you have a ticket.
Much like last year, as well as matches between local village sides, there will be live Jazz music throughout the day, as well as children's cricket coaching. A bar will be open from Midday and a BBQ for those who have pre-purchased - you are more than welcome to bring your own picnics!
Whilst we are a firm with a national reach, we appreciate the importance of Arundel as a location more than most - it is the location of our main office and many of our staff have close ties to the town. This is just a small way of us giving back to the town that we love.
