Samuel Manok-Sanoian has successfully obtained possession orders from the Court on behalf of two landlords who wanted to regain control of their properties, which were unlawfully occupied by trespassers for several months.
After tactical negotiations on Samuel’s part, the trespassers agreed to voluntarily leave the properties once the possession orders were granted. The clients are delighted with the outcome as it means that they do not have to commence eviction proceedings.
