We are seeking an experienced and empathetic Head of Client Service to lead our client care team, ensuring every client receives outstanding support from their first contact with the firm.
In this pivotal role, you will manage the client experience across the firm and work closely with our legal departments to maintain the highest standards of communication, professionalism, and discretion.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Act as a key point of contact for new and existing clients
- Monitor and enhance the client journey from enquiry to resolution
- Support fee earners with client engagement and feedback processes
- Provide administrative assistance to fee earners when support staff are on annual leave
- Administrative tasks
The ideal Candidate will have:
- Proven experience in a senior client service or relationship management role (legal or professional services preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, compassionate, and solution-focused approach
- Strong organisational abilities
Salary: Commensurate with experience
