Neal Gozzett secures record deletion for his client who is an International Businessman. His client was falsely accused of Rape and was arrested and his fingerprints and DNA were taken. After successful representations, these were deleted by the Police Force. Having these on his PNC record would have resulted in a negative impact on his personal and business life.
