Neal Gozzett successfully defends a board member of a prominent PLC, who was due to stand for harassment against his ex-partner. After producing a dossier of evidence to demonstrate he was being harassed and we were considering a private prosecution (police made no effort to investigate), Counsel successfully persuaded the CPS to offer no evidence.
