Neal Gozzett together with Joanne Coller and Samuel Manok- Sanoian successfully defend a student doctor, falsely accused of marital rape and controlling and coercive behaviour. The team worked together in submitting extensive written representations to the CPS to evidence that their client was himself victim to a scam marriage and fraud, whereby both credit cards and a company were set up in his name unbeknown to him and undermine the credibility and reliability of the evidence relating to the allegations.
