Neal Gozzett has had five separate cases no further actioned in the last month.
The results were all reached at the police station stage and came after Neal submitted detailed, written representations alongside a dossier of evidence to the CPS.
The representations attacked the veracity of the allegations, put forward a strong defence at the earliest opportunity and evidence was submitted to the CPS which in turn led to the matters not proceeding to court.
